Thank You for Downloading

Thank you for downloading the AdSense Site. Remember, each site is for personal use ONLY and cannot be resold.

Installation Instructions

Compatibility Note

The AdSense sites have been tested exclusively on Linux/Unix servers. They require mod-rewrite, so they may not work on Windows servers. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. Extract and Open:

    • Extract the downloaded files.
    • Navigate to the folder and open the config.php file located in the includes directory.
  2. Edit Optional Files:

    • contactus.php: Use any HTML editor to include your contact details. If you prefer not to have a contact page, you can delete or rename the file to disable the menu link.
    • author.php: Enter your author bio details if desired. These details will appear below each article. If not needed, simply do not edit the file.
    • privacy.policy.php: Insert your visitor privacy policy. You can find free privacy policy generators online.
  3. Upload to Server:

    • After editing the config file and optional files, upload the site to your server via FTP.
    • You may need to change the file permissions (chmod) for some files and folders to ensure proper functionality.

File Permissions

  • If you encounter issues with submitting instant comments, change the permissions of the following .dat files to 666:
    • /data/banned.dat
    • /data/body.dat
    • /data/comments.dat
    • /data/fields.dat
    • /data/links.dat
    • /data/top.dat
  • The folders can generally be left at 755, but if the RSS feeds are not creating cached files, you might need to change the /rss/ and /cache/ folders to 777.

Admin Area

  • Each site includes an admin area where you can edit instant comments and manage link exchanges.
  • The default password is admin (change it in the config file).
  • To access the admin area, navigate to http://www.yourdomain.com/admin or http://www.yourdomain.com/SUB-FOLDER/admin if installed in a sub-folder.

Enjoy Your AdSense Sites!

We hope this guide helps you set up and enjoy your new AdSense sites. Remember, these sites are for personal use only. For any questions or further assistance, please contact your hosting provider.

Good Luck & Enjoy!
